Rebecca Montgomery started her real estate career at an LJ Hooker NSW North Shore office at 19 years as a receptionist. Rebeccas' strong work ethic, the pursuit of excellence in every task, and keen focus on ensuring client satisfaction saw her rise rapidly through sales administration and accounts ranks.
Being from the Central Coast Rebecca jumped at the chance to work for a brand new LJ Hooker office in Toukley as the Office Manager. Courtesy of her enviable mastery of the real estate business and high-level leadership, Rebecca became a Partner of LJ Hooker Budgewoi | Toukley in 2019, which she helped start in 2015. In 2021, along with her husband Damian Montgomery have become the full owners of LJ Hooker Budgewoi | Toukley.

At LJ Hooker Budgewoi | Toukley, Rebecca is the administrative and management powerhouse of the company, while her husband is the sales expert. Throughout her career, Rebecca has earned respect and recognition among her colleagues and employees for her problem-solving skills, ability to drive the company's mission, and genuine desire to help others achieve their personal and professional best.

Rebecca has previously won multiple awards, notable among them being Captains Club Recipient, Top Business Systems Operator NSW/ACT, Best New Talent Nomination and the LJ Hooker Top Gun Award. Outside of real estate, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, refining her photography skills, and reading books.
