Norman Schwarz

Before joining LJ Hooker, Norman was working in a leading real estate office in Newcastle. Being a Budgewoi resident it only made sense to move closer to home when offered a position in LJ Hooker’s no.1 office on the Central Coast.

Prior to real estate, Norman spent 11 years with Harvey Norman – owning 3 Franchises over the years. Although he loved the retail sector his passion was always real estate. Norman is committed to always putting the client first & recognises that the amount of effort & work you put in - has a direct influence on the result that can be achieved, and property is the number one wealth building asset available.

Now settled in Budgewoi with his wife Belinda & 2 beautiful children (Alecia & Connor) - Norman loves spending time with his family & also enjoys horses, soccer & music.
